Dr. William J Lester is a physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist that works in London, Ky. He graduated with honors from West Virginia University School Of Medicine in 1979. Dr. William J. Lester specializes in physical medicine, rehabilitation and occupational injuries with over 42 years of experience. He enjoys spending time with his wife, kids and grandchildren, as well as traveling and playing golf.

Carlie is a family nurse practitioner who specializes in family medicine with a passion for pediatrics, women's health, and aesthetics/integrative lifestyle medicine. She has been a nurse since 2016, where she spent most of her time in the emergency department. She completed her masters degree at Frontier University and her family nurse practitioner (FNP) certification from the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners in 2023.

Her clinical experience outside of family practice includes aesthetics, plastic surgery, and emergency medicine. She is an active member of several professional organizations, including the Kentucky Association of Nurse Practitioners & Nurse-Midwives. Carlie's desire to focus on preventative care comes from almost a decade of experience caring for chronic and critical illnesses. Her mission is to promote and maintain individualized well-being in her patients.

Hi, I’m Brittany Baker, APRN, and I feel so blessed to be serving our community with Kentucky Family Practice. My journey in healthcare started as a medical assistant, then office manager, RN, RN BSN, and now Nurse Practitioner. Every step along the way helped shape the provider I am.

I believe patients are so much more than a chart, diagnosis, or appointment time. I want every patient to feel heard, seen, comfortable, and understood. You won’t come in and be rushed out the door, you’ll leave feeling heard and seen. If I can’t figure it out, I’ll get you to someone who can. 

I’m passionate about helping people through seasons that may feel impossible to overcome whether that be recovery, mental health, chronic illnesses, or a difficult season. There’s nothing more rewarding than watching someone reclaim their health, confidence, and control of their life after feeling like all odds were against them. It’s a blessing to be just a small part of helping you get where you want to be. 

I’m currently beginning my education in psychiatric mental health so I can better serve our area by providing both primary care and mental health services.

Outside of work, I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Kevin, and am a mom of four wonderful kiddos, Eli, Cooper, Lincoln, and Claire June. If I’m not at the office, there’s a good chance you’ll find me at a ball field cheering on my boys and soaking up time with my family.

Dana Powers is an APRN who comes with 23 years of experience in healthcare. Dana graduated from Eastern Kentucky University’s nursing program in 2000, she went on to expand her nursing education and graduated Summa Cum Laude at Walden University with a Master of Science in nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner. She is board certified by the ANCC. Dana is a native of London, KY where she resides with her husband Anthony. Dana enjoys traveling, spending time with her children and granddaughter.

Angie Patton brings over 20 years of experience in healthcare, with a strong background in chronic disease management, wellness programming, and clinic operations. She has served at CHI Saint Joseph London in partnership with Laurel Grocery Company, where she led employee health initiatives and managed community-based care programs.

Angie holds an MBA in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor's in Public Health. She is passionate about fostering a supportive environment for both patients and staff and is committed to improving access to quality care in the region.

Paul is a native of London, Kentucky, and currently serves as the CEO/Managing Partner for Kentucky Family Practice. He most recently held the position of Division President for Acadia Healthcare, where he oversaw 13 Behavioral Health facilities across 5 states. Before joining Acadia, Paul was the Market President of the East Region for Addiction Recovery Care.

With over 30 years of healthcare experience, Paul has held various roles, including Marketing Representative, Director of Business Development, Regional Director of Business Development, Chief Executive Officer, Market President, and Division President. He has also served as the Chairman of the Kentucky Hospital Association’s Psychiatric and Chemical Dependency Forum and was appointed as a member of the Tennessee Hospital Association Board of Directors.

Paul earned his degree in Business Administration from the University of Kentucky. He was also a four-year letterman on the men’s basketball team, serving as one of two team captains in 1987. During that time, he earned top team Scholar Athlete and received the team Leadership award. The University of Kentucky Men’s Basketball Athletics Department appointed him as an ambassador to the basketball program. Additionally, Paul has served as a Board Member for the Kentuckiana Friends of the Jimmy V Foundation and for NBA2LOU, a group dedicated to bringing an NBA basketball team to Kentucky.
